Herculean porridge with apples and honey

A very nutritious and delicious breakfast for the whole family! In my opinion, porridge is a good start to the day not only for children, but also for any adult. That's why I start every morning with her, and recently I taught my husband to do the same. The variety of such food as porridge is great, but my favorite will always be the one that my mother cooked for me, namely Herculean porridge with apples and honey.

Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this very simple dish. So, we begin the preparation of this healthy, nutritious and vitamin-rich breakfast by taking a small saucepan, pouring milk into it (I use water more often, since it is economical) and putting it on medium heat. When the milk (or water) boils, pour oat flakes into it, add salt, sakha, reduce the heat and, stirring intensively, cook our porridge. When the porridge is ready, and it will take about 10 minutes, remove it from the heat and put it on plates. On top of the porridge, put the apple cut into small cubes (or its half) and pour honey. Have a nice, healthy appetite!
