This dish, in addition to its amazing smell and delicate taste, is also beautiful, healthy and will never get bored. There is a cooking recipe that everyone will like, forcing them to cook vanilla pudding again and again.
Strawberries for pudding cut in half. Remove the skin and bones from the apricots, cutting the flesh into slices. Pour 80 ml of red currant juice into the fruit, add the zest with sugar here, and boil everything. Mix the starch with the remaining juice, and add it in a thin trickle to the fruit, stirring all the time.
Boil the mass, cool and remove the zest. Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold water for 30 minutes for the cream. Then we put it on a sieve for draining water. Boil the milk, add vanilla sugar to it and cool a little. In a water bath, beat the yolks and sugar, stirring, pour the milk and cool a little. Add gelatin here and heat the mass until the gelatin dissolves.
Let's cool the cream, letting it harden somewhat. Whisk the cream, grind the grill. Add all this to the cream and mix.
