When the form is filled with cookies, pour all the remaining cream on top and fall asleep with crumbs, cover with cling film and a plate or lid, put a load on top, for example, a saucepan with about 1-1.5 liters of water. We put it in the refrigerator for a day so that the cake is well soaked. The cake will be ready in a day. Carefully remove it from the mold.
