Trifles are very popular in Europe and the USA and this is not surprising. After all, they are not difficult to cook, especially if there are a variety of ready-made mixtures at hand: for making pudding, sponge cake. Of course, you can not use store-bought mixes, but cook everything yourself - it will be even tastier!

Trifles are very easy to cook if all the ingredients are prepared in advance or there are special store mixes for quick preparation of cakes and pudding. So, the cakes and pudding are ready and cooled. We cut the biscuit into cubes with a side of 1.5-2 cm and for now we transfer them to a large container. The pudding is still waiting in its hour also in a separate vessel.

Cream should be well cooled. A spacious bowl is cooled in advance by placing it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then pour the cream into it and beat it with a mixer until a fluffy foam. We introduce sugar in parts, continuing to beat. And pour in the vanilla extract in the process. Beat the cream until firm peaks form. It must be remembered that cream is easy to re-beat, turning it into butter, so we try to carefully monitor the process.

In a separate container, combine together chocolate pudding, condensed milk and coffee, beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth. After we spread half of the whipped cream and whisk again until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.

We begin to form trifles, for which we will need 4 cups or cream cups. Spread the sponge cake with the bottom layer, pudding on top, and whipped cream with the third layer. Repeat the layers, filling the cups to the top. Put the last layer of whipped cream.

Three chocolate on a grater and sprinkle the trifle shavings on top. We put the cups with trifles in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, after which they will be ready to serve.
