Orange fish salad with mayonnaise

Both the fish and the fish inside! Well, just a fairy tale, not a salad! From the very first time I cooked my very, very first dish, I started a thick A4 notebook for cooking recipes. The food is located in this kind of cookbook by category: For breakfast, Family dinner, Desserts and so on. And this recipe with the name "Fish salad" is placed in my collection in the Festive table section. This dish, though uncomplicated, looks very nice.

And now I'm telling you about the way to prepare this snack. To begin with, cut the onion into thin half rings and fry until light brown in vegetable oil. After that, three carrots on a medium grater, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and simmer until tender, and boil the remaining two carrots. After that, we clean the fish and disassemble it into pieces. Cool the onion and carrot, mix them with the prepared fish and season with mayonnaise. Now we spread the salad in the form of a fish on a dish from one boiled carrot, cut out the fins and tail, and cut the other into scales.
