Step-by-step cooking
Personally, I did it on hunting sausages, cut into semicircles. Instead of canned sausage, boiled beans can be used. In principle, this culinary recipe can be slightly changed according to your preferences. In my opinion, this food is still tastier with canned beans.
First, we drain the brine from the jar with beans, and we throw the beans themselves into a colander to properly drain the excess liquid. Salt and pepper vinegar, pour chopped onion with it, let it stand under the lid for ten minutes. Then squeeze out the garlic here and pour in the vegetable oil. This is our gas station. Pour the beans here and let everything stand under the lid for about half an hour. Now we cut the sausage and bell pepper into cubes, send them to the seasoned beans. We put a lettuce leaf on the dish, and the finished dish is on top.
