I saw this cooking recipe somewhere on the Internet. I really liked its design. And the ingredients are all delicious. Salads are my favorite food. This is called "Salad with smoked chicken breast and prunes". It is prepared very simply. Smoked breast can be bought ready-made in the store. You only need to cut it into small pieces. Take pickles from the stocks of pickles for the winter. It is better not to cut them for this salad, but to rub them on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and finely cut into cubes. Boil one hard-boiled egg and also grate it. Also make with boiled carrots. Rinse the prunes well and chop finely. Put salad leaves on a plate. Put the salad on the dish in layers in the following order: chicken breast, pickles, onions, egg, carrots, green peas, prunes. Each layer needs to be salted a little and smeared with mayonnaise. You can decorate a salad in different ways. I liked the option as in the photo. We also made flowers from carrots, radishes. First, sprinkle the salad with herbs, and only then plant flowers on it. Bon appetit!
