Cooking method
Put the chicken breasts in a saucepan, add all the spices that are specified in the composition "For chicken". And pour water so that all the products are covered. Cook the chicken for about half an hour on low heat. Then remove the breasts, cool.
Cut the breasts into small pieces for salad.
Cut the peeled cucumber into pieces, add salt, mix. Leave for ten minutes to remove excess moisture. If you take a large cucumber, then remove all the seeds from it.
Rinse the cucumber slices with water and squeeze out the water.
Fry the sesame seeds and crush them in a mortar.
Salad dressing: mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Cut half of the onion into half rings.
In a salad bowl, mix: chicken breasts, cucumbers, onions. Add the dressing, then mix with your hands.
Before serving, this Korean chicken salad can be cooled. Although it is delicious and at normal temperature.
What special spices are needed for: they give the chicken a very original taste, which cannot be achieved in any other way. As a result, the chicken becomes "not like itself." Your guests may not even guess what it is.
Salad is great for vegetable side dishes, as a separate snack, to stimulate appetite.
