  • This recipe is incredibly simple and quick. With all the right ingredients on hand, you can put it together in just a few minutes. Recipes like this are a real lifesaver when guests show up unexpectedly or when you simply don't have time to cook. On top of that, the dish closely echoes the classic crab stick salad that's traditional for the holidays. But giving it this new spin is a great way to pleasantly surprise your family. You don't need any special culinary skills to make these tasty tartlets, and all the ingredients go in ready-made — they just need to be chopped and mixed together. First, peel the film off the crab sticks. Then cut them into small cubes and transfer them to a bowl, where it'll be easier to mix the filling. Peel the pineapple and dice it as well. The pineapple should be ripe and juicy, otherwise it can affect the flavor of the finished appetizer. If you can't find a ripe pineapple, you can use canned. In that case, open the can, drain the juice, and let the pineapple sit in a sieve or colander. Once it's fully drained, dice the pineapple and combine it with the crab sticks. Open the canned corn, drain off the liquid, and add the corn to the filling. It's better not to grate the hard cheese — dice it instead. Cutting it this way looks nicer and brings out the flavor of the dish more. Peel and rinse the garlic, then press it or finely chop it with a knife and add it to the filling. Gently stir the filling and dress it with mayonnaise. Set out the ready-made tartlet shells (store-bought) and spoon the filling into each one. The pineapple and crab stick tartlets are ready! Arrange them on a nice platter and garnish with parsley sprigs. Enjoy!
