Cooking method
This recipe is insanely simple and quick to hand. If you have all the right ingredients, you can cook it in just a few minutes. Such recipes are very helpful when unexpected guests arrive or when there is simply no time for cooking. In addition, this dish is very similar to the classic salad with crab sticks, which is made for the New Year. However, by making it in a new interpretation, you can pleasantly surprise your loved ones.
You don't need any special culinary skills to cook these delicious tartlets. In addition, all the ingredients are used ready-made. They just need to be cut and mixed together.
First you need to clean the crab sticks from the film in which they are packed. Then cut them into small cubes and pour them into a bowl, in which it will be easier to mix the filling for tartlets.
Peel the pineapple and also cut it into cubes. Pineapple should be ripe and juicy, otherwise it may affect the taste of the finished snack. If a ripe pineapple could not be found, then you can take canned. In this case, you need to open a can, drain the juice from the pineapple and throw the pineapple on a sieve or colander. When the juice is completely drained, cut the pineapple into cubes and mix it with crab sticks.
Open the canned corn, also drain the liquid and add the corn to the filling in a bowl.
It is better not to grate hard cheese, and also cut into cubes. Such cutting will visually look better and reveal the taste of the dish more.
Peel the garlic, wash it and pass it through a press or finely chop it with a knife. Add to the filling.
Gently mix the filling and season with mayonnaise.
Spread out the ready-made tartlets (buy in the store) and transfer the filling to each of them. Tartlets with pineapple and crab sticks are ready! Put them on a beautiful dish and decorate with sprigs of parsley. Bon appetit!
