Step 1:
Savoyardi cookies are crushed into fine crumbs using a blender or crushed.
Step 2:
Brew and cool the coffee. Mix mascarpone until smooth, add powdered sugar and coffee, mix well.
Step 3:
Add crumbs from sponge cookies to the fragrant mascarpone and mix so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
Step 4:
Form identical balls from the mass, about 20 g each.
Step 5:
Sift cocoa through a sieve and roll each ball from all sides, shake off excess cocoa.
Step 6:
