Take a jar of canned beans in their own juice. Red beans or white beans - it's up to you. For example, I like the red one better. But the white one will be good too! You need to remove the skin from the chicken breast and remove the bones. Then we cut it into small cubes or cubes. Hard-boiled chicken eggs are boiled and crushed, and the onion is also finely chopped. For special piquancy, you can take a sweet red onion instead of a white one. Now mix the salad and season with sour cream or mayonnaise. Salt to taste. Spread on a plate on which large lettuce leaves are already lying, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley on top.
