I took the recipe for this salad from an ordinary cookbook, transforming it to suit my eating habits. Try to make a salad of salmon and noodles with vegetables, and I'm sure it will charm you. Pour green tea into a frying pan and bring it to a boil. Put the egg noodles in the pan and cook until tender for 5 minutes. We throw it into a colander and cool it. Smoked salmon, red pepper and onion are cut into thin strips. Cut dried apricots into pieces. Cut the green onions into rings, and finely chop the hot chili pepper. Mix all the prepared ingredients with bean sprouts in a large salad bowl. We make salad dressing from soy sauce, vegetable oil, coriander and chili sauce. Add egg noodles to the salad and pour the dressing. Mix well. Salmon and noodles salad with vegetables is ready, bon appetit!
