Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

This culinary recipe was brought by my old friend who was vacationing in Thailand. My family liked Thai food very much. I advise you to cut all the vegetables and peel the shrimps before cooking the dish – you will not have time in the cooking process because of the rapidity of what is happening. Soak the thin glass noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, after the time has elapsed, the water must be drained. In a preheated frying pan, quickly fry finely chopped garlic cloves in sesame oil. Next, we throw the yellow pepper cut into strips and fry for 2 minutes on maximum heat, stirring. We put the glass noodles in a frying pan with vegetables. In a saucepan, mix both sauces with rice vinegar and tomato puree, and then pour it over the noodles. Thoroughly mix the contents of the pan. Pushing the noodles to one half of it, quickly fry the shaken eggs on the other. When the eggs are set, mix them with noodles. At the end of frying, add the peeled shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Glass noodles with shrimp are ready, serve hot on the table. Bon appetit!
