To begin with, take the potatoes and wash them thoroughly. It is even advisable to scratch with a brush. Then we boil it in a uniform. After that, the potatoes must be peeled and diced. At the same time, I carefully wash the greens – parsley, dill, cilantro – who likes what, you can do it all together, so the taste will be even more refined. The greens need to be finely chopped and mixed with potatoes.
Then we take an apple. It should be medium-sized and preferably sour or sweet and sour varieties. Carefully wash it, clean it, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Then we clean and finely chop the onion.
