Cooking method
I tried such food in St. Petersburg in an Azerbaijani restaurant and immediately asked for her culinary recipe. Now I often delight my family with a culinary masterpiece "Dovga with meat". Such food will brighten up your table.
First we cook the lamb bones to make a broth.
We scroll the lamb meat in a meat grinder and add finely chopped onions and spices (salt, ground black pepper) to it. Balls in the form of meatballs are made from cooked minced meat.
We sort the peas and soak them in cold water for 3-4 hours. Soaked peas are boiled until half-cooked in broth.
In a separate bowl, mix the curdled milk with flour and rice and put it on a slow fire, stirring constantly (so that the curdled milk does not curdle). Then add the peas and meatballs.
We combine the whole mass with the broth. After boiling the mixture, add finely chopped sorrel, coriander, dill and salt, bring to full readiness.
