Tender, light and delicious broth comes from Italy! Tender, delicious, light and easy to prepare transparent Florentine broth, the recipe of which I took from my work colleague. It refers, as can be understood from the name, to Italian cuisine. It is ideal for them to start dense lunches with cutlets, meatballs, steaks and other meat dishes. This food is also great for a recovering or sick person with a complete or partial lack of appetite. Children like the presence of eggs in this dish (of course, those who love them in principle).

Eggs are prepared as for an omelet, that is, whipped in a plate, adding salt, as well as chopped spinach and cheese grated on a fine grater (any hard variety will do). Fry in a frying pan in oil, like any scrambled eggs, in a whole layer. Then we take it out on a cutting board, let it cool slightly and cut into thin strips 4-5 cm long. Pour the ready-made meat broth into the plates and add our spinach omelet. Additionally, each serving can be sprinkled with grated cheese. And you can serve it with sour cream or mayonnaise.
