Okroshka salad with walnuts

Step-by-step cooking
To start well beat sour cream or yogurt with a mixer or whisk. In the resulting mass, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper if desired. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour (you can even more).
Meanwhile, cut the cucumber (I like large slices) and radish (you can rub it on a grater). Nuts need to be ground.
When the okroshka has cooled enough, mix sour cream with walnuts. Put a little sliced cucumber and radish in each serving plate and pour sour cream sauce. If desired, the Okroshka salad can be sprinkled with chopped herbs
