I read this wonderful culinary recipe a long time ago in a ladies' magazine, the dish is very suitable for a festive table. To prepare a salad with chicken, it is necessary to prepare the products beforehand, cook chicken breasts and eggs. I will separate the chicken meat from the bones, cut it into thin strips, and rub the eggs on a coarse grater, slightly salted. I thinly cut the cheese or grate it on a grater (large), if the Korean carrot is long, I also usually cut it into cubes of no more than 4 cm. The salad must stand for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving, optimally – a day. I sprinkle it with nuts before use, you can decorate the salad with carrots, herbs. I think gourmets will not refuse such food. The salad turns out really tasty, tender and unusual.
