I read this wonderful culinary recipe a long time ago in a ladies' magazine, the dish is very suitable for a festive table. To prepare a salad with chicken, it is necessary to prepare the products beforehand, cook chicken breasts and eggs. I will separate the chicken meat from the bones, cut it into thin strips, and rub the eggs on a coarse grater, slightly salted. I thinly cut the cheese or grate it on a grater (large), if the Korean carrot is long, I also usually cut it into cubes of no more than 4 cm. I grind the nuts in a blender, having previously cleaned them from the shell and husk, put them on a paper kitchen towel, wrap them, they will come in handy later. Salad dressing – sour cream and mayonnaise mixed in an arbitrary proportion. I lay the salad in layers in the following sequence: meat – carrots – cheese - eggs, etc. I smear each layer with dressing. The salad must stand for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving, optimally – a day. I sprinkle it with nuts before use, you can decorate the salad with carrots, herbs. I think gourmets will not refuse such food. The salad turns out really tasty, tender and unusual.
