Peel the nuts, cook for about 20 minutes,

In a separate saucepan, heat most of the cream over low heat, as soon as a golden foam begins to form, remove it and put it on a plate. After removing all the foam, pour semolina into the cream and cook a thin porridge.

When the porridge is ready, pour the crushed nuts and sugar into it and mix well.

I serve this porridge on the table like this: I put a layer of porridge in the middle of the plate, then a layer of foam, then porridge again, and so on. I sprinkle the swer with sugar and breadcrumbs. For children, I decorate porridge with fruits and jam.
