Mix water, rice, salt, bring to a boil and cook over low heat, covering the pan with a lid,

Until the water is completely absorbed by rice.

Add sugar, milk, cinnamon.

Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 6:
Stir the starch with milk until smooth, add to the pudding and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring, then remove from heat.

And carefully add to the pudding. We put the cooled pudding in the refrigerator.

After about 2 hours, we take the pudding out of the refrigerator, put it in bowls, decorate with banana slices, cinnamon.I additionally decorated with fresh mint leaves.

Our healthy and delicious rice pudding with bananas is ready.
Mix water, rice and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook for 45-50 minutes until the liquid is completely absorbed by the rice.
Add milk, sugar, cinnamon and bring to a boil again. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. Dilute rice starch in a tablespoon of milk and add to the pudding. Continue to cook, stirring constantly for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Mash bananas in mashed potatoes, add vanilla and mix well. Carefully transfer the banana puree to the pudding. Put the pudding pan in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
