Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and heat it up. In the same place, fry the onion, garlic, bell pepper and hot chili pepper, chopped. At the end of roasting, add the peeled tomatoes. Simmer for a minute, stirring.
Add wine, simmer for 5 minutes. Pour in the broth and wait for the soup to boil.
Now we add all the seafood we have. Cook for 5 minutes. Salt, add spices.
