Step 1:
Prepare the products for cooking kharcho soup. Wash the parsley, peel the vegetables and wash them.
Step 2:
Cut the carrots into strips.
Step 3:
Chop the onion finely.
Step 4:
Put chicken wings, onions, carrots and salt in a saucepan. We put the pan on the fire.
Step 5:
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Step 6:
Thoroughly rinse the rice until the water becomes clear.
Step 7:
15 minutes after boiling the soup, put the potatoes in it.
Step 8:
We send rice to the pot after the potatoes.
Step 9:
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 10:
In sunflower oil, fry garlic with tomato paste and red pepper.
Step 11:
When the potatoes and rice are ready, we send tomato paste with garlic to the soup.
Step 12:
Cook the soup for another 3 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
Step 13:
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 14:
When serving kharcho soup, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
