Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pre-prepare the broth. I like chicken more. You can have beef or cubes. We clean and wash all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Fry the chopped mushrooms in a frying pan without oil for 10 minutes to evaporate the water.
Step 3:
While they are frying, cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Step 4:
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
When ten minutes have passed after roasting the mushrooms, add vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes until a small crust forms.
Step 6:
Bring the finished broth to a boil. Add potatoes and fried mushrooms to it.
Step 7:
While the potatoes are cooking, stew the carrots and onions in a pan of fried mushrooms. Simmer until tender.
Step 8:
After the potatoes are cooked, add onions with carrots, pepper and salt to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve better with green onions and sour cream. Bon appetit!
