Step 1:
Desired products. It is necessary to boil beef, potatoes, carrots and beets in advance.
Step 2:
The salad is formed using a special square mold. You need to put it in the center of the plate. The first layer: boil potatoes in a uniform, cool, peel, grate on a coarse grater, put them on the bottom of the mold, make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Second layer: boil the beef until tender, cool, chop finely and mix it with half a clove of garlic, passed through a garlic press or finely chopped, put the beef on top of the potatoes, make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Third layer: boil carrots until soft, cool, peel, grate on a coarse grater, mix it with the second half of a garlic clove, passed through a garlic press or finely chopped, put on top of beef, make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Fourth layer: grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, put it on top of carrots, make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Fifth layer: boil the beets until soft, cool, peel, grate on a coarse grater, put on top of hard cheese, make a mesh of mayonnaise.
Step 7:
You can lubricate the top with mayonnaise more abundantly, or you can just make a beautiful mesh. Garnish the top of the salad with pomegranate seeds. Put the salad in the refrigerator for an hour for impregnation, then carefully remove the mold. Enjoy your meal! Happy Defender of the Fatherland Day!
