Step 1:
WHITE SPONGE CAKE: Beat the eggs until they increase in volume, then, gradually adding sugar, beat for another 7 minutes. Add flour in a thin stream, gently stirring from bottom to top. Pour the dough into a 24 cm split mold covered with parchment, spread evenly over the mold, turning the mold several times clockwise. Put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees. Cool the finished biscuit. It will turn out to be about 1.5 cm in height.
Step 2:
CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE: To make a chocolate sponge cake, you need to sift flour, cocoa, baking powder together. Add sugar and mix. Beat the eggs, add to the loose ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with baking paper, turn the mold several times clockwise. Bake a chocolate sponge cake for 20-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Cool the finished biscuit. It will turn out to be about 3.5 cm in height.
Step 3:
Cut the cooled chocolate sponge cake into 2 cakes. Leave the white sponge cake as it is, it is not necessary to cut it.
Step 4:
You should get 2 chocolate cakes and 1 white cake.
Step 5:
Put one chocolate cake on a white cake and use a template to cut a star in the middle of these two cakes. From white and chocolate stars cut from cakes, you can make a cake by smearing the stars with cream.
Step 6:
IMPREGNATION: To prepare the impregnation in proportions of 50-50, mix strained strawberry jam and water, add a little brandy and mix, 250 ml of impregnation should be obtained. Put a chocolate cake without a star on a dish and soak it.

CREAM: To prepare the cream, the products must be at room temperature, then the cream will turn out homogeneous.
Step 8:
Mix boiled and ordinary condensed milk, butter and brandy in a blender until smooth. The cream will be pleasant and gentle.

Lubricate the soaked chocolate cake with cream.
Step 10:
Put the white cake on the chocolate cake, soak it and lubricate it with cream.
Step 11:
Put a chocolate cake with a star on a white cake, grease the sides of the cake with cream.
Step 12:
GLAZE: To make the glaze, mix cocoa and sugar, pour in cream and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil! Cool the icing and cover the cake with it.
Step 13:
SPRINKLING: Chop walnuts and decorate the sides of the cake.
Step 14:
DECORATION: Prepare the jelly as indicated on the package, pour it into any mold. When the jelly hardens, cut it into pieces and fill the star on the cake.
