Step 1:
Gather the ingredients. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool.

Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolks.

Put the olives in a food processor (reserve a few for garnish), add the yolks, and blend everything into a paste.

Cut the reserved olives in half.

Cut the tomato into thin strips.

Fill the egg white halves with the olive paste.

Transfer the mayonnaise to a small piping bag and pipe a fine web over the filled halves.

Place an olive half in the center of each and set a strip of tomato and a sprig of dill alongside.
