Step 1:

Prepare the squid: remove the insides along with the chord, cut off the tentacles and the extra sides of the tail, you can use them for another dish. Squid carcasses should be thoroughly rinsed.
Step 3:
Put the squid in boiling slightly salted water for 10 seconds. Immediately cool with ice water.
Step 4:
Clean the squid from the thin film.
Step 5:
For the filling, peel and finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the onion in a frying pan with preheated oil for 3-4 minutes, until golden and transparent. Add mushrooms. Fry for another 5 minutes at high heat and remove from heat. Boil the rice until tender, cool.
Step 6:
Mix rice with mushrooms and onions, season with salt and pepper. You can add mayonnaise. Stuff the squid, tamping the filling tightly.
Step 7:
Cut triangles out of carrots-"ears" and circles-"piglets". In the "piglets" in the center, pierce two holes. Attach to squid-pigs "eyes " of peppers and carrot parts with mayonnaise.
