- Boil the chicken breast and chop it finely. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and salt them. Mince the garlic. Grate the boiled eggs on the medium side of a grater. Dice the bell pepper. Make the croutons from two slices of white bread: cut them into cubes, sprinkle with water, salt, and toast in a dry skillet. Layer everything in this order: chicken, tomato, garlic, egg, bell pepper, croutons. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over each layer. The "Aster" salad is ready! Enjoy!
