Vegetarian sausage made of peas

Cooking method
1. Soak the peas for 1.5-2 hours, if you have instant pea flakes, then it's just wonderful - they don't need to be soaked and they cook very quickly – literally 10 minutes.
2. Turn boiled peas into mashed potatoes using a blender.
3. Add beet juice, salt and spices, mixing thoroughly and whipping the still warm mass.
4. We transfer the resulting mass into a plastic bottle with the top cut off and send it to the refrigerator.
5. After cooling (and solidification), we take the resulting sausage out of the bottle and cut into slices, as usual. Bon appetit.)
