- To get seedless watermelon pulp, press the flesh through a sieve. 2. Strain the liquid or leave it as is, whichever you prefer. 3. Soak the gelatin in half a cup of the juice for the time listed on the package. 4. Warm the gelatin in a water bath (double boiler) until every grain has dissolved, but don't let it boil. 5. Stir the gelatin into the juice. 6. Pour into dessert cups. 7. Refrigerate to set for 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy!
