Cooking method
Grilled sausages and peaches can be cooked in any convenient way: on a grill pan or outdoors on hot coals. By the way, such a salad is a great solution for a picnic, if you take a pre-boiled beetroot with you.
1. I wash a small young beetroot, cut off the tails, put it in a saucepan. Fill with clean cold water, send it to the fire. Boil until ready, then drain the water, let the beets cool to room temperature. Then peel the peel, cut each vegetable in half.
2. Lay out the sausages on the grill, grill for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. In the process, we turn it over so that the sausages are fried properly from all sides. Then we put them in a bowl, cover them with a lid so that they do not cool down.
3. Wash the peaches, remove the bones, cut the fruit into quarters. Place the peaches in a grill pan (or on a grill, if we fry on coals), fry quickly for 2 minutes. In the process, we also turn it over.
4. Peel the red onion, cut a quarter into rings. My radish, cut off the tails. Cut the radish into thin circles. We rub the goat cheese with our hands into a large crumb. Spinach is washed under running water, dried. Grilled sausages are cut into large pieces.
5. We put all the ingredients in a deep bowl: sausages, peaches, radishes, beets, spinach, red onion and goat cheese. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, salt to taste. Wash the parsley, tear off the leaves from the stem and put them in a salad.
Now you can serve it on the table.
