Step 1:
Let's prepare simple products. I have frozen peas and dill, in the summer you can take everything fresh.

Peel the onion and cut it into random cubes. We need to fry it and we will grind it later, so the size of the cubes does not matter. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes.

The finished onion is very fragrant and golden in color.

Add fried onions to the cooked peas and leave for 5 minutes so that the vegetables cool down from the "boiling water";
Step 6:
Then add salt to taste, lemon juice and dill to the vegetables in a saucepan. We need to grind everything with a blender. I have an immersion, if there is no such thing, you can use a blender bowl, they still make cocktails in such.
Step 7:
Grind our soup into puree. The aroma is amazing! Then you need to put a saucepan with soup on the fire and bring the contents to a boil. Add pepper to taste. You may want to add more lemon juice - try it!
Step 8:
Here is our lean, bright, fragrant and delicious soup ready! If you don't post, you can safely add sour cream or cream to the soup. A piece of black bread and enjoy a delicious lunch!
