Step 1:
Preparing the ingredients. Potatoes, carrots are boiled in a uniform, cooled, cleaned. Hard-boiled eggs, cool, separate the yolks from the whites, grate them separately. Drain the liquid from the canned food, mash it with a fork in mashed potatoes. Finely chop the onion, pour boiling water, leave for 3 minutes to get extra bitterness, drain the water.
Step 2:
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. We spread it out in the form of a Santa Claus hat.
Step 3:
Lubricate the potato layer with mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Top with a layer of canned tuna mashed with a fork.
Step 5:
Lubricate again with mayonnaise. Next, a layer of grated hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6:
Sprinkle with finely chopped pickled cucumber.
Step 7:
Sprinkle with grated yolk and finely chopped onion. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise. Those who like mayonnaise can lubricate each layer of salad with mayonnaise.
Step 8:
Next, we spread the cap with a layer of boiled carrots grated on a coarse grater.
Step 9:
