Cooking method
1. Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a grater for Chinese carrots.
2. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings.
3. Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper and cut into thin strips.
4. Cut the eggplants into strips, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes, then squeeze out the juice.
5. Pour oil into the pan and fry in turn, each ingredient separately.
5. Boil the starch noodles according to the instructions, put them in a sieve and let the water drain.
6. In a deep dish, mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped garlic. Season with sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix well and serve to the table.
