1. All the ingredients for this salad are laid out in layers, each layer with a new product, lubricated with mayonnaise. We try to lay the salad in the form of a calf for a turtle. We leave one boiled egg intact.
2. Boil chicken eggs, cool and peel from the shell. For the first layer, grate only the proteins.
3. You can use any quality canned food in oil. Knead the fish with a fork, spread evenly on the proteins.
4. Peel the onion, chop it, you can marinate it to remove the sharp taste.
5. Cheese, it is better to use hard varieties, rub and spread a layer on the onion.
6. Apples, for salad we use sweet and sour, three on a coarse grater, evenly distribute the next layer.
7. Next, a layer of grated yolks.
8. Soak the prunes in hot water, then rinse, let dry and grind. Spread on the yolks.
9. Decorate the salad with walnuts and make a turtle head out of the remaining egg.
