Cooking method
First we cut the potatoes into strips and fry them until crisp and golden brown, at the end we salt them. Let the fat drain. We cut ham and cucumbers into cubes. We put it in a capacious container.
Boil the eggs. Chicken cut into cubes and combine with the rest of the ingredients. We add carrots in Korean to the same place. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Mix the salad. We spread it on a dish in the form of a nest. From all sides we cover the salad with potatoes. We put quail eggs in the center. Decorate around with greenery.
