Step 1:
Add sugar and vanilla to the yolks, beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2:
Put this mixture in a saucepan, pour hot milk and put on fire.
Step 3:
Cook stirring. As soon as the bubbles appear, remove from the heat, gradually cool at room temperature.
Step 4:
Pour the mass into a mold and put it in the freezer for 4 hours.
Step 5:
The ice cream needs to be stirred every 40 minutes.
Step 6:
