Cooking method
1. Install the split form without a bottom with the bottom part up on a flat plate;
2. Cut the fillet into small pieces and mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise - this will be the first layer, put it in a mold, smooth it out;
3. Cucumbers cut into strips or cubes and mix with 2 tbsp.l. mayonnaise - this will be the second layer, put it on the fillet, smooth it out;
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise - this will be the third layer, put it on cucumbers, smooth it out;
5. Mix the champignons with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise - this will be the fourth layer, put it on the cheese, smooth it out;
6. Cut pineapples into cubes and mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise - this will be the fifth layer, put it on mushrooms, smooth it out;
7. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
8. Remove the form from the salad, carefully coat it with the remaining mayonnaise on all sides, decorate with herbs and cucumber slices. Bon appetit!
