Cooking method
Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. It is not necessary to bring it to a boil.
Add grated parmesan (50 gr) and melted cheese to the hot cream. Then mix intensively, salt and pepper.
Our sauce is similar in viscosity to sour cream. If desired, you can add butter, then the sauce will be more saturated and fatty. And its density can be changed by adding more cream.
Ready cream sauce is served with pasta.
