Creamy Pasta Sauce with Parmesan and Processed Cheese

Even the plainest pasta will taste perfect with this. Absolutely finger-licking good!

  • Pour the cream into a saucepan and warm it over medium heat. You don't need to bring it to a boil.
  • Add the grated Parmesan (50 g) and the processed cheese to the hot cream. Stir vigorously, then season with salt and pepper.
  • The sauce should be about as thick as sour cream. If you like, add a pat of butter for a richer, silkier sauce, and adjust the thickness by stirring in more cream.
  • Serve the finished cream sauce over pasta.
