Cooking method
1. Peel almonds - to do this, boil them for 2 minutes, drain the water and pour cold water, now you can easily peel the nuts;
2. Grind the peeled almonds in a blender until smooth;
3. Add honey and knead thoroughly as a dough until a smooth elastic mass is formed.
Ready-made marzipan can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months, wrapped in a plastic bag.
