Cream of Cauliflower Soup with Chicken and Processed Cheese

The ingredients.

Heat a skillet and add the oil.

Break the cauliflower into florets.

Roughly chop the carrot.

Step 5:
Chop the onion.

Step 6:
Add our vegetables to the skillet and lightly brown them.

Step 7:
Transfer the vegetables to a pot and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes (until the vegetables are soft); season with salt and pepper.

Add the processed cheese or the cream. With cream, the flavor is more delicate. Add the nutmeg and stir.

Step 9:
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.

Step 10:
Add the garlic and fresh herbs, stir, and turn off the heat. Blend everything smooth with an immersion blender.

Step 11:
Divide the boiled chicken among bowls and pour the hot soup over it. You can garnish the soup with fresh herbs, grated cheese, or croutons, whatever you like. Enjoy!
