Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Salad preparation products. The beef is boiled, cooled. Onions, green onions are peeled, washed.
Step 2:
Cut cucumbers into long strips of medium thickness.
Step 3:
Cut onions into large rings and fry in hot vegetable oil in a frying pan. As soon as the onion turns brown, remove it from the oil.
Step 4:
While the onion is frying, cut the meat into strips.
Step 5:
In a bowl, pour the chopped meat and cucumbers, add finely chopped green onions to the same place. Pour the hot oil in which the onions were fried.
Step 6:
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, red pepper, a little salt.
Step 7:
Leave the sauce to infuse for a couple of minutes.
Step 8:
We chop one cucumber on a grater for Korean carrots (we leave it for salad decoration).
Step 9:
Pour the salad sauce, mix, let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Step 10:
We spread the Salad with soy sauce and cucumbers on a dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Decorate the edges with a cucumber, grated on "Korean" grater, bright berries (I have red currant). Bon appetit!
