Cooking method
1. We choose a glass bowl, put yogurt in it. Add cream, mix well.
2. We leave the resulting mixture for 1-2 days, do not forget to periodically look into the bowl and very carefully peel off the thick layer from the walls, stirring the whole mass.
3. After the specified time, we cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for another day.
Sour cream is ready! You can serve it to dumplings, pancakes, dress salads and use it in any culinary recipes where sour cream is required.
