Cooking method
We spread the pike caviar on a strainer, pour boiling water over it. Then we separate the veins and all the films. This can be done with the help of a suitable sieve, through which the eggs pass, and everything unnecessary remains. Or beat the caviar with a fork - the films will wind on it.
Let the water drain from the caviar. Then we put the caviar in a beautiful bowl. Add salt to taste, and also season with vegetable oil. Mix everything together.
