Cooking method
Peel the onion, rinse, cut into rings.
Garlic is cleaned, cut into plates.
Pour kefir into a deep bowl, spread onion and garlic, add salt and pepper, spread cilantro and parsley (no need to cut, put twigs).
Marinate meat in this marinade for at least 6 hours, covered with a lid or cling film.
