Marinade for Grilled Fish

  • Mince the garlic with a knife, and peel and grate the ginger. Combine the ingredients in one container (preferably glass or ceramic), add the fish seasoning and coriander, and mix. Wash the lemon thoroughly in hot water, pat it dry with a paper towel, and grate the zest. Squeeze the lemon juice into the container with the rest of the ingredients and add the grated zest. Pour the soy sauce into the marinade and mix. Now you can marinate the fish. This amount of marinade is ideal for 1 kg of fish. Enjoy using it!
