Delicious marinade for super fast fish! Going to nature? Thinking about a treat? Why not bake fish on a fire - it's delicious, quick and easy. I want to share a marinade recipe that will make any kind of fish even tastier and more fragrant!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

Garlic is crushed with a knife, ginger is peeled and grated. Combine the ingredients in one container (preferably glass or ceramic dishes), add seasoning for fish, coriander, mix.

Lemon is thoroughly washed in hot water, dried with a paper towel and grated on a grater. Squeeze the lemon juice into the container with the rest of the ingredients and add the grated zest.

Pour soy sauce into the marinade, mix.

Now you can marinate the fish. This amount of marinade is ideal for marinating 1 kg of fish.
