Cooking method
- Finely chop the garlic and nuts, add the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, and stir. Cook the rice vermicelli in salted water, then rinse well. Toss the vermicelli with the nut-and-garlic dressing. Shape the vermicelli into little nests. Set green and black olives in the center to look like birds' eggs. Garnish with fresh herbs.
