Thick chickpea soup with baked sausage

Step-by-step cooking
Soak chickpeas overnight. After washing it, pour the broth and put it to cook for about an hour.
As soon as the chickpeas become softer, put two whole potatoes in the soup.
Onions, carrots and bell peppers with tomatoes cut into cubes and spasserovat in rast.butter until soft.
As soon as the potatoes are ready, take them out together with part of the peas already cooked.
Put two potatoes in the soup, already cut into cubes.
Put chickpeas with potatoes in a blender, put half of the roast here and puree.
When the potatoes are cooked in the soup, put the second part of the roast to it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Dilute the vegetable puree with soup broth, mix until smooth, pour into the soup, add salt, put spices.
Cook the soup for another 20 minutes on low heat.
Add fresh herbs at the end of cooking.
Cut the sausages across the length. In rast.add sweet ground pepper oil and rub the sausages with it. Then bake in the oven.
