Thick chickpea soup with baked sausage

Soak chickpeas overnight. After washing it, pour the broth and put it to cook for about an hour.

As soon as the chickpeas become softer, put two whole potatoes in the soup.

Onions, carrots and bell peppers with tomatoes cut into cubes and spasserovat in rast.butter until soft.

As soon as the potatoes are ready, take them out together with part of the peas already cooked.

Put chickpeas with potatoes in a blender, put half of the roast here and puree.

Cook the soup for another 20 minutes on low heat.

Add fresh herbs at the end of cooking.
