Step-by-step cooking
Traditional Cooking Recipe a Bavarian first course called "White Soup". This is an excellent, delicious, flavorful soup of German cuisine, which will surely bring a pleasant variety to your daily menu. Its distinctive feature is that you can take any chicken: both breasts and legs.
Fill the chicken meat cut into portions with cold water, put it on fire and cook until the meat is fully cooked. Salt. Take out the meat, cool it and cut into small pieces. The broth is carefully filtered, we introduce melted cheese into it (both "Amber" and "Merry Milkman" are suitable), mix well and bring to a boil over low heat. On a coarse grater, we rub the peeled raw potatoes, as well as champignons. Put them in the cheese broth and cook for about six minutes, stirring. Then add the chicken meat, ground nutmeg and salt to taste. Keep on fire for another 4-5 minutes. When such food is poured on plates, it is abundantly sprinkled with ground black pepper on top (it is better to grind it yourself).
