So, first we peel the zucchini and grind them in a blender together with the eggs to a mushy mass. Now pour warm kefir, oil, baking soda, slaked with vinegar into this mixture and mix the whole mass thoroughly with a whisk.
Step 3:
Then gradually add the pre-sifted flour to our mass and mix everything well again. Now let the resulting dough stand for 5-7 minutes, and then bake thin cakes from it like ordinary pancakes. When all the pancakes are ready, we will prepare the cream.
Step 4:
To do this, grate the melted cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Then finely chop the garlic, add it to the mass along with mayonnaise. Mix all this mass thoroughly and lubricate each pancake with it, putting them one on top of the other. The topmost pancake and the sides of the cake are smeared with butter.
Step 5:
After that, we sprinkle the sides of our cake with boiled egg whites grated on a fine grater, and the top with grated boiled egg yolks. The cake is ready.
